Final call for the Eco-park and Eco-brick factory visit

The eco-brick factory, Laputa, is the initiative of a couple PolyU graduates who worked out the HK eco-brick experiment with Pro CS Poon. After that, the students built up Laputa and produce the eco-bricks with glass sands and recycled construction waste etc. After 5 year of struggle, the eco-brick specification is finally approved by SAR government and officially listed on the works procurement.

Up to the present moment, there are two eco-brick factories in HK but both of them do not pay for the waste glass bottles. Why? Is there prospect for the brick? And what are the driving forces for glass recycling?

It is the opportunity you directly encounter the Eco-brick factory that located in remote area of Tuen Mun and Eco-park, the show window of HK waste issues.
