Glass is 100% recyclable. In 2009, glass recycling rate in HK is 1% and
\n\t\tthat is far behind many cities in the globe. In order to make HK
\n\t\tan environmental friendly city, a pilot project, namely, “green glass green”
\n\t\tis launching to raise consciousness on glass recycling in HK community.<\/p>\n
Your participation is an evidence to demonstrate your green concern to the customers. It also helps HK create a green image that appealing to environmental tourists.<\/p>\n
\t\tDetails of glass collection:<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n Wine\/spirit\/beer\/water glass bottles only; at \t\tPlease inform your cleaner to separate clean glass bottles<\/span> and drop at glass recycling bins<\/span> accordingly. For the participating bars\/pubs, we will issue them a special label for the green commitment.<\/p>\n \t\tAn opening ceremony is scheduled on 27 June (Sun) at Lockhart Playground at 3:30-4:45pm.
