  1. The spots are run with community initiative and Greeners South, a non-profit making NGO taking the lead in management. The community initiative is different from EPD commercial contractors whose operation cost fully covered by public revenue;<\/li>\n
  2. Be part of community initiative, respect clean glass recycling and keep the spots tidy and pleasant;<\/li>\n
  3. Drop empty glass bottles in daytime (8am to 8pm) to avoid sound disturbance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
